Can one assume that a random number generator will/should generate equally distributed values if it is working correctly and executed often enough? I suspect not since then it wouldn't be truly random would it? It's a bit like the gambler who stakes his whole wad on the next flip of the coin coming up heads because it has come up tails for the last ten times whereas the mathematician would say it still is 50/50 chance.
