Fabio,
What comes to mind is that perhaps the users are all trying to lock some file and are in the "deadly embrace" where A is waiting for a lock on the record B is on and B is waiting for a lock on the record A is on.
Chapter 17 in the Programmer's guide tells about what happens when two users attempt to append a blank at the same time. Maybe you'll find your hint somewhere in that chapter.

>I'm having a very weird problem: A client of my company decided to change his Netware network for a Win2K Server one. The users are accessing free DBF tables in a Win2K Server through a FP 2.5 application. The application is executed from the server, i.e, the executable files are in the server, not in each machine. let's suppose that 3 users are working with the application and a fouth turns on his machine and try to log on into Win2K Server. What happens is that the machines of the 3 users who were using the FoxPro application get hanged. According to my client, the only solution to free the halted machines is to reboot them. This problem only occurs when the users are accessing the refered FP application.
