Yes, I have struggled with several language differences. I rely on the Books Online documentation that comes with SQL Server and a co-worker who is a DBA.

>Thanks, that appears to do the trick. I've worked with Fox since the late '80s and miss the wealth of functions. I have to assume SQL Server will let me do what I need to do, but it ain't obvious at first glance.
