I hate to contradict you but there _is_ nothing easier than a Quick report with the report writer:

Prepare a table

use
create report

You will probably want to change a few things like the titles. Try it. It is easy.

Then issue:

REPORT FORM TO PRINTER NOCONSOLE.

That's it for nr 1

When you issue Eject, SET CONSOLE must be OFF. Otherwise what you send to the printer gets printed to your active window (form) as well.
