I may be missing something here but AFAIK, you don't need to log into NT Server in order to access SQL Server running on it.

Just create a SQL Server user and use it to access it. Check the Security tab of the Server properties and see that Authentication is set to 'SQL Server and Windows NT' to allow for this.
