What do mean? You don't want the user to be able to "View Source" to see the code? Well, all they would be able to see is the line where it sets the expires if they got the file.

But all the <% stuff if done server side, so a view source won't be able to show it.

For example, look at MikeHelland.com and click on "Site". You'll see a page full of text, but if you click on the "Here is the contents of "View.asp", the file you are looking at now" link, you'll see how the page really looks as an ASP file. If you "view source", you won't find the scripts, just the text.
