Well . . . I'm not about to argue with you, Mike - you've given me a ton of useful tips/advice, etc. :)
I guess there could have been some kind of warning or grace period. But keep in mind, I don't believe the originator of this thread comes from a country where the annual PUTM fee would be considered unreasonable.
