Thanks for the info. So, the bandwidth and drain on the UT server is the same as it was, until you decide that you want to read one of your replies. Then, you must go to the calendar if it's not already in the upper pane list, and drag down the server again to find the reply.
The few who decide to upgrade just might pay for the extra server resources needed to handle the increased load of everyone else, so where's the logic? I just don't see it, from a technical or business point of view.
