MARKETING FLASH: Why don't people ask what people want? It is so simple. If I wanted to improve or test an idea I ask my customers or the people who will buy, support my product. It seems like this is a lost revelation or something. In this type thing I'd probably start with my top 50 posters. Why would I want to anger them? Is it ego? stupidity? What is so difficult in asking your buying market what they want? This has been gnawing at me and kinda off topic here but I thought I'd bring it up. Having been in sales and selling products of my own ideas I know the people you market your services to love it when you ask their opinion. And guess what? It's smart too. I'll shut up.
