No wonder I did not renew my PUTM in January this year. What is going on in this place? Secrecy, knee-jerking, twit-filters, outing-weazels, all out war amongst certain members, unreliability of service, performance of service, price increases and now this. I really think you need to re-appraise your business model. With PUTM this place is OK, but dont kid yourself that its that good. Its the members here and their quality/expertise that are your primary resource and I would have thought you would be doing everything to keep them, not drive them away. It seems to me that your latest "idea" has also pissed off many PUTM guys/gals and it wasn't them you were trying to hit.

If you want people to cough up, you would be better improving the overall experience - not just announcing low impact "bells and whistles" and underused, additional forums.
