I'm trying to quickly get up to speed on the lastest version of CodeBook. I have not worked with it since it's first release years ago. I've gone through 'Codebook for Mere Mortals', but it's very outdated. I've read 'The Definitive Guide To Codebook Development' which was very good but stopped well short of what I need. I'm now going through the Codebook newsletters, but feel like i'm just piecing everything together.

Is there any one good startup and reference type book for Codebook? I looked quickly at Amazon, everything there seems to be out of print ( and possibly out of date ).

The MereMortals framework seems to be very similar to Codebook, should I just purchase that? Do you know if future releases of Codebook will be incorporated into MereMortals framework? I really like Codebook, other then the lack of documentation that I have right now.

I'd really appreaciate any suggestions you'd have to offer.
