I'm pretty sure there's a MSFT KB sample that covers this. Search http://support.microsoft.com using keywords "agent" and, um, "mike stewart". IIRC, the article I wrote covered text-to-speech. If not, a combination of the sample and digging through the MSDN docs should give you the results you want.
