Did you try to check if your system infected with a virus... if not infected ..
then, if you try to Refresh the page does it work fine or still have the same problem..

I suggest if you'r using IE Ver5 run the IE Repair option, it will automaticaly check if IE has any damaged related files... to do this go to:
- Settings, Control Panel
- Add/Remove Programs
- find in the list, "Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools"
- Double click on it
- A pop-up window will come, having 3 options and one of them is "Repair Internet Explorer", select this option then click OK

this should go and check the IE files and repaid any damaged file.

Hope this help

Don't know, how explain this problem better, you should see it to understand me... Do you know, what may cause this strange behavior?
