This is not true. I have the same problem with WinNT and Win2000, and in my program it calls a small form first before calling the main form and it stills happens occasionally.

I've also notice another thing is that in Win2000, you cannot use the 'Alt' key combination for your main menu (the character was not underlined as well), but it is available in the sub-menu.

I've already installed SP4 and it didn't have a patch for this. Furthermore my development platform is Win2000.
