It seems that your setup is not overwriting old informations about MS Graph on the target machine. Make sure that you don't have any information about MS Graph in the Registry. Use REGEDIT and do a search. I don't know if it's normal or a bug, but I already heard about setup routines doesn't updating the Registry.
