We currently use MAPI to send email from our VFP application. We use a class library mail.vcx which came with VFP.

This works great with Outlook.

However, some of our clients use Lotus Notes, and we can't find a way of sending email using the Lotus Notes client.

We've searched Lotus' web site and come across a confusing array of technical documents which don't really help. The documents seem to say that the Lotus Notes client is not MAPI enabled, but our clients have been told otherwise by Lotus.

Has anyone any experience of working with Lotus Notes ?
