Problem is, our clients have got the impression from Lotus that Notes is MAPI compliant [the Lotus web site has technical documents with titles such as "Notes MAPI Service Provider Troubleshooting Guide and Known Issues"]. This makes us look like idiots when our software refuses to work.
I've made a note of the thread above for future reference as we may include this in another version of our software.
