Can't say, without knowing how your views are set up, NODATA or not, # of records being brought down in each view to start the form, where the App itself is installed, etc.

However, in general, you should expect the network activity part of it to be about 10 times slower than normal Ethernet and 100 times slower than Fast Ethernet.
