Your BIOS settings will differ from manfacturer to manufacturer. Try looking in the Standard Settings section. Unless it's a recently new PC (8 months or less), it's not likely to have boot from CD, though it might. Look for Boot Order or something along those lines. Usually lets you pick from A:, C:, CD or C:, A:, CD or CD, A:, C: etc.
