Is there any confirmation from MSFT that this is definitely the final version ?

I'm having real trouble downloading it for some reason - each file in the download is having to be re-started.

Also, it puts a file called ie.txt in your Windows Update Setup Files directory. This text file has the heading "SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Tools Beta March 2000".
