I Have IIS 4.0, on NT 4.0 Server with SP 4.

In Performance Monitor the Web Service performance counters do not appear, so I can't select them. (I also get loads of errors in the error log whenever IIS tries to update the counters).

I've looked in the KB and found an article that suggests using LODCTR.EXE to install the w3svc performance counters. When I try this, I get an error, saying that they're already installed.

KB Suggests using UNLODCTR first to remove the counters for w3svc, then re-install them.

Unfortunately UNLODCTR also gives me an error, so I cannot un-install.

I have tried all the above with IIS both stopped and started - same result.

Any Suggestions?
