Other than that it's not supported in 6? No.

2 LeaveCriticalSection is called
3 Call LeaveCriticalSection for as many times as necessary to reduce the refcount to zero thereby freeing the critical section

Passing no parameter returns the current refcount.

Again, this is not supported in 6 and I'm not even saying it'll be supported in 7. Calvin did demo it during a session at last year's DevCon, though, so I'm assuming that I'm at least free to talk about it.
