Not sure, if I have it. (Forgot to make it manually, don't want to ask our Network Administrator to restore from tape). Anyway, I deleted .cdx file and now I can use this table. So, I have to recreate all indexes (table has >1,5 mln. rec.) Hopefully, it will solve my problem.
