The TOC is back today. (Whil's in the middle of major revisions to the website.) I know there's a discount for UT members if you go through the link here. I can't promise that it's 10%, but if that's what it was before, then I'm fairly sure that's still what it is. (That is, AFAIK, nothing has changed. <s>)
