The problem is that whenever the combo box GotFocus, the selection of the combo box disappears. When it looses focus, the selection reappears.

You need to set the InputMask for the column wide enough to accommodate the entire width of the combo's DisplayVaue. This means that if column 1 of the combo's RowSource is 25 characters long, you must set the column's ImputMask as 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'.
