I've got a collection of emails from their tech support; basically; in the end; they couldn't solve any of the problems I had and their response was "return it for a full refund"

We gave up on using it; it was too flakey. I left that project; but I think they went with another product "t" something or other; it was an activex solution. (scan/image capture, change, convert etc)
