Here is what AutoDESK found out about this problem

I talked to Autodesk this morning and they have heard of this problem. As of now their solution is to uninstall / reinstall. But, the problem has been known to come back after a while. They don't know what causes the problem or really how to fix it. As of now it has been logged as a bug. I will let you know if I hear anything else with this.
