Does anybody know if it is possible to create global hot keys in either Visual Foxpro or Visual Basic. I am working on an application where I need to be able to access the hot key even if the main program is minimized.

I would like to use CTRL+XX to create the short cuts.

I was able to find out it can be done with C, but I am not a very good C programmer.
