Is there a JavaScript site like this where you can participate by asking and answering questions?

I wanted to find out how to grab text out of a FrontPage 98 table cell and build a string with the text in JavaScript. I know some JavaScript, but I have not tried or don't know how to reference text in a FrontPage 98 table using JavaScript. I know how to reference a textbox in a FrontPage 98 table cell.
