I don't have a desperate need for one, so I can wait a while. I'm thinking of spending about $150, and am looking at PDAs, digital cameras, and a TV tuner for my computer. I can't have all three, so I'm researching them all and will decide what I want most. :)
I think it will probably be the digital camera since I don't think the PPCs will get down under $200 any time soon. I looked at Palms, but they're geared more toward appointments, addresses, and short notes. I want something that can run Word and Excel.
Besides the price is the fact that they mostly get input from handwriting. I doubt they could read my handwriting. _I_ can't read my handwriting. :)
Thanks for all your help,
Michelle

>>I've decided that what I am looking for is a PPC, not a Palm, but the price is just too high. I thought I'd try the used route, otherwise I'll just wait until the prices come down.

>You might have to wait a bit. Rumour is that there is a Palm vs Pocket war brewing. The Palm IIIc and the Pocket PC are too expensive for the average consumer but each one wants to carve out some territory.
