All of this is basically (ummm... foxically?) OK, but we weren't talking about surrogate primary keys, but the natural keys. SSN and similar numbers that an individual is treated with by the state or other institution (and therefore are not our choice), or barcodes for stuff, and we really can't use any method of our own to create them - they come from outside world.

Do blank them EXCEPT the PK field.
