When I execute this same application again, it may not timeout at the place that it did before. The web server is running on a Dell PII450 with 128MB of RAM. Can anyone please help. Some ideas:

1) What else is running on that server?

2) Are other programs hitting the same data files as the Web Connect application, maybe blocking access to them with locking issues?

3) Anything similar about the places that give you the error, such as all of them involving updates to tables or running extra-long queries?
