I have an application developed under 5.0. We distribute it by CD to our customers and they install it with InstallShield. More frequently of late, we've been running into a problem on some NT networks. They can install the application fine. When the click on it to run, nothing happens. But, if we have them turn their system off, unplug the network cable, and reboot..the program runs fine. When they shut down, reattach the cable and reboot again, nothing. And it isn't on all NT systems this occurs unfortunately, just at random it seems..:(

I don't know NT and we run Novell inhouse so don't have a test platform to try and duplicate the problem. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..:)
