IMHO: Overall, this site is great. Yes, he did set it up.

I believe the problems stem from Michel making upgrades, that he hopes will increase revenue, that wind up being perceived as downgrades.

Something Michel may want to consider would be to let people know what he is planning to implement BEFORE he does it, and thereby gauge the response to the mods.
