>You should check your code to make sure you are issuing a TABLEUPDATE() on all buffered tables/records. Another thing you should check is to make sure you are not violating your primary key value in each table when appending (I know it seems obvious but most problems I've encountered were obvious bugs).

The tables with the problem, doesn't have any primary or candidate index and doesn't have record buffering enable.
I'm sure the tables or the indexes were corrupted because I tried from the command windows with append from , VFP reports no error but no records were appended.
