The setup wizard has caught it's share of flack, so I thought I'd add my .02.

In regards to post-setup executables (PSE), currently, the PSE is installed in the application's directory and ran from there. I understand it does this so that the PSE knows the directory in which the user installed the actual application. But wouldnt it be nice, if we had the option of running the PSE in place on the distribution disk?

In addition, if we did select to have the PSE installed and ran from the application directory, shouldn't there be an option to remove the PSE from disk after it's run, so that I dont have to include an up-front test in my application to clean up after the set-up application?

Just my .02
