I am not sure I understand the problem, can you please elaborate? Is a security issue, where the 2nd users' features are not disabled properly. Walk me through the steps, something like this:

1. Start the application
2. Login in as X
3. Menu's appear ok
4. Exit the application? Call the login form?
5. Login in as Y
6. Menu's are not refreshed

What exactly do you mean by not refreshed?
