There are many VFP books which have OOP topics but if you only want introduction of OOP. You can read "An introduction to Object-Oriented Programming" by Timothy Budd, published by Addison-Wesley. This book use C++, Delphi, Java, Object-C and Smalltalk to demonstrate.
