If you have executables compiled under SP3, and the user has the SP4 runtime (possibly installed by another application), are there any issues? We're not planning to upgrade to SP4 for a while since it doesn't address any of our issues, but I don't know if there would be any issues if the user gets the SP4 runtime files installed on their machine.
