I am running VFP 6.0 under Win/NT 4.0.
One of my clients has 1 machine on which a certain report shows asterisks for an amount field. On other machines, the report does not overflow. The font is a common one (Ariel, Regular, 10 point). Any idea why this could be happening? Is it possible that the font is corrupted on this particular machine?
I widened the field by about 10 pixels which solved this particular problem, but there is another machine at the same client site that has similar problems with several reports, so this is still a live issue. TIA.
