When you say "small" form starts a "bigger" form, what exactly do you mean by that? A form with more controls on it, physically larger in size, what? Do you have lots of ActiveX controls on the "bigger" forms? You've got a nearly infinite variety of things that can cause a C...5 error, but not much to help anyone pin it down has been given.
