When you first put a Picture on a report, it is shown at the "native" size of the image. If you later resize it larger or smaller and use the Isometric Stretch option, VFP will interpolate the image, causing reduced quality.

The solution (if you're using .BMPs) is to create a high-quality image exactly the size required by the report.

I don't know if .JPGs are supported in reports in VFP6, but they might scale better than .BMPs if you're resizing the report image.
