Hi Ed,
I just checked with the client and that particular machine does have small fonts specified in the Display | Settings dialog. And the overflow does occur in the screen preview as well as the printed output.
1. Did I understand correctly what you meant by small fonts?
2. If so, do you have any other ideas about what might be causing this overflow?
