What I am tring to accoplish is create a timing application that my technical group can change their assignment by using the short-cut key. Ex. Working on a stardard repair would be CTRL+ F1, a phone call would be CTRL +F2, etc...

I have an application that works but for the hot keys to work the application need to have focus, I am tring to find a way that even when another application is running the hot keys will operate, changing where the time is allocated to.

I know it can be done, Hijack for instance does it, I just don't know if and or how to do it in VFP. I checked the MSDN and found a way to do it in C, but I am not a C programmer.
