Yes, actually, the SQLExec() for the SP is just right after another SQLExec() for an Insert. Then another SQLExec() runs immediately after the SP SQLexec() to log the transaction into another Oracle table.

I really have a bad SQLExec() between two successful SQLExec()s.

The DBA also verified that the profile I used is a member of a Role Group that has proper rights to execute the SP.

I'm going to try using the 'BEGIN ... END' block syntax and just pad a linefeed character and see if this will work.
