You can do an approximation of it by doing something like....
mstr='This is a test'+chr(13)+'---------------'
messagebox(mstr,36,'Test')
or
mstr='This is a test'+chr(13)+'****************'
etc
The astetics may leave something to be desired but the text would be accented.
