Ok, I'll have it located on Windows\system directory. I think this would work already. I've noticed also that most of the DLL's are located on this directory.

I'm not using any tables , what the COM does it performs binary to ascii conversion of packed digits/ or bytes. It contains low level functions such fread,fwrite,fopen,fseek and some bit operations, in short, it is a bit driven app.
