>Navy? in Indiana?

I always get asked that. In fact they asked me about that when I registered for the conference. The story is this. During WWII the US was worried about the coast being vulnerable to attack so they bought a few thousand acres of land in the midwest to open a weapons depot. So Crane was born. The base employs about 5,000 (Contractors, Government workers (like myslef), and military). It covers land into about 5 counties in Indiana. It is really a nice place to work and so easy for me to get to work. I live 35 miles away and it only takes me 40 minutes to get to work from home. Ah the country living....
