>We have a Win2000 Advanced Server system with two networkcards. One card(ip 213.53.246.218) for a router(ip 213.53.246.217) and the other card for our network(ip 192.168.0.2). Both cards have gateways(ip 213.53.246.217) to the router.

I've had problems specifying default gateways for multiple cards in NT4. The routing tables get messed up because the metrics are the same for both interfaces.

Try deleting the default gateway for the internal card and leaving it for the external router card.
