Ok - thanks for that suggestion. I was following a layout of another program we use around here but I like not having that second form in there and sorting right within the grid. Easier for the user too. I am using tables. That's what I'm not sure of, how to capture and pass back the RECNO() - in an ON CLICK event or where (based on where the cursor is)? Then how/where do I grab and go with that RECNO()?
